Terms of Delivery and Payment

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Normally immediately after checkout Orders received in the evening/night/Sunday are usually handled on the next business morning.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Prices displayed on our website apply to the online store only. We reserve the right to make changes.

If you are under 18 years old, please obtain permission from your guardian before placing an order.

Shipping

All ordered items are shipped together as a single parcel. We use high-quality packing materials and pay special attention to secure packaging. LP records are always shipped outside the sleeves unless the item is factory sealed.

Shipping within Finland:

Flat shipping fee: 8,00 € per shipment. Free shipping on orders over 140 € (for the time being). All shipments include tracking.

International Shipping:

We ship to most EU countries. Shipping fees are always flat-rate regardless of parcel size, but vary by country and carrier (13,00–20,50 €). The exact cost is shown in your shopping cart. All international shipments include tracking.

Holding Orders for Later Shipment (domestic orders only)

If you wish to collect multiple purchases before shipping, select “Hold for later shipment” as the delivery method when placing your order.

When you are ready to have your orders shipped, add the zero-priced product Shipping for held orders to your cart. You may also purchase additional items at the same time. Proceed to checkout as usual and select your preferred shipping method. This will ensure that all previously held orders are included in the same shipment.

Please note: The combined value of previously held orders does not qualify for free shipping, even if the total exceeds the free-shipping threshold. However, if your final order alone exceeds the threshold, free shipping will apply to the entire shipment, including earlier held orders.

In-Store Pickup

For pickup orders, records are available for collection immediately once the order is ready, during store opening hours.

Returns

Online Store Purchases

You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Please notify us by email at levyt (a) freshgarbage.fi when returning an item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges for another product or a gift card are also possible. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please bring the receipt when returning items.

Refunds can be issued in cash or to your bank account. Exchanges for another product or a gift card are also possible.

Defective Items

If a purchased item is defective or does not match its stated condition, please contact us at levyt (a) freshgarbage.fi.

Payment Methods

We accept Finnish online banking payments as well as Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Payment Service Provider

Payment processing is handled by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
